This remarkable Fair is devoted to recovering traditional community trading practices based on knowledge sharing, respect for nature, equity, promoting food sovereignty, responsible consumption and linkage with other sectors of the Solidarity Economy. For the last 20 years on the first weekend of August, producers from all over Mexico come together in Dolores Hidalgo to showcase their wares accompanied by a full cultural and educational program. The Fair is organized by the Mexican Network for Community Commerce (REMECC).
